3×3 Basket Banska Bystrica is a basketball tournament for women, men, mixed and junior teams, played in the format of three against three players, on half court and one basket. All matches are played according to the rules of 3×3 FIBA. The third edition of the tournament is taking place during the last weekend of July, on 30 July 2016 in the area of the Europa Shopping Center in Banska Bystrica, that is part of the international hip-hop festival „The Legits Blast“. Thanks to this festival the tournament is followed by a great after party with famous Slovak and international rap artists performing every year.
All registered players will receive an excellent service in the form of refreshments and discounted concert tickets for the afterparty. For winners in the male category we have prepared the prize money of € 500. The winners of female and mix categories takes the prize money of € 100 and other interesting prizes and experiential awards from partners and sponsors of the event. According to the annual tradition, individual competition in smashing „Slam Dunk Contest“ will take place during the break before the finals. Here the winner takes the prize money of € 100 and other prizes.
Registration for the event starts on 20 June 2016.
