How do we protect your privacy?
In this document, you can find all the necessary information about how we protect your privacy: what data we obtain, how we use it, how we share it, how we can processing to control and how we protect your data and rights alongside this process.
What data we collect?
We provide the following information when provide our services:
Purchase data
When you are purchasing, we ask you for the necessary data to complete it. The only mandatory data is the one without which we can not to send you your order The mandatory data are such as your name, e-mail address, delivery address, telephone number and the subject matter of your order.
In our store, you do not enter any information that would directly relate to working with money on your accounts. All currently available forms of electronic banking (payment for goods by payment card) are made directly on PayPal’s website, which only provides us with information about the success or failure of the payment. In any case, we will not learn any further information such as your login or balance in your account.
Account details when creating an account
If you decide to create a user account with us, we also collect all data related to it. The only mandatory information is your name, surname, and email address that we use to communicate with you.
However, you can freely decide to give us additional information about you.
News and competitions
If you grant us permission to do so, we will keep your e-mail address also for product and news information. If you contact us, you participate in a competition, or you can visit our event (festival, workshop, …) we keep the data as your name, contact information or message or information that you have delivered or announced to us.
Data obtained when using our services
When you use our services, we also get information on how you use them. These are information about your interactions with our services, such as when you access our site, what you search for, when you create an account, and when you sign in to your account.
We also keep your reviews, comments on our site, letting you store products on your lists, or your ordered order details.
We also receive data about the devices and computers you use to access our services, including IP addresses, browser settings, operating system information, or information about your mobile device, information from which you access the website, the pages you visit, and information from cookies and similar tools.
How we use the data
Data which we have obtained from you, we use for following purposes:
Providing our services
Based on the data we receive from you, we are able to provide our services in accordance with our Terms of Services. We use the information we collect when you make your order, or remind it if you did not complete the ordering with a binding order. We also need these data in our accounting and billing order.
The data and informations we received about you when you use of our services and when you signing in to your account, helps us to make sure that your account and the data you have in it are up-to-date.
Communication with you
Your contact informations are used to send you your order and service announcement notifications, or if you want to respond when you ask us what is happening with your order, let us know your change of new delivery address, or request a different change of your data in your order or user account. We also process your contact details and your purchase data for a possible claim.
If you have expressed your consent, we are sending you e-mails with business information about news and current offers that may interest you. You can cancel these e-mails by clicking „Sign out from your subscription“ in your inbox.
Improving and customizing our services and marketing
We also use the data we store to improve and personalize our services as well as marketing. For example, we use the details of your purchase history and the products you have purchased to help us recommend other products that you might be interested in, and to display content relevant to you on our site.
Information about visits and movements on our site and its individual sections and displayed products is also used for advertising and marketing purposes, on our and other websites. We also use this information for analytical purposes to understand how people use our website and to make it more intuitive and user-friendly.
Security and protection of rights
We also use your informations to ensure the security of our offered services in order to respond to the claims that have been made to us in proceedings before the state and other authorities that control our activities and to enforce the claims that have arisen to us.

Legal Bases
In accordance with the requirements of personal data protection legislation, we need to inform you of the legal bases for the processing of your personal data, which are:
1. Performance of the contract – in case of ordering the goods and setting up a user account, or in case of your participation in the contest
2. Approval – in particular in connection with sending commercial communications about news and current offers, or other forms of marketing. Every given approval is voluntary and you can cancel it at any time, but this does not affect the legality of processing prior to its removal.
3. Fullfilment of our legal obligations – when we are keeping data about you and your order in our accountings or when making data available to state and other authorities that oversee our activities or which resolve disputes or enforcement.
4. Our legitimate interest – to improve and customize our services, some marketing activities, or security and protection of rights, as we mentioned above. In these cases, we always carefully consider whether processing will not constitute an inappropriate interference with your rights.
To whom we make the data available
We do not disclose your personal information to any other subject except as described below:
If you ask for it from us
We publish or make available personal information if you require it from us. We publish the data when you use the community features of our website and post your review of the product or your comment. We make the data available to third parties in the case of the delivery service that you have chosen for your order.
In cases of external processing
Your personal data is available to some of our vendors who process them for us, based on our instructions and in accordance with this document. In doing so, they take all necessary security, technical and organizational measures to provide your personal data with the required protection. These are intermediaries with whom we have contractual relationships and we only provide them with the necessary personal information. These are services such as web hosting, eshop solutions, email marketing services and banking services.
Analytical and advertising services
We also work with partners who provide us analytical and advertising services. These allow us to better understand how users use our website, place our advertising on the Internet and measure its performance. These companies may use cookies and similar technologies to collect data about your interaction with our services but also other sites. For legal reasons and to prevent damages
We may also keep your data or make it available to others to comply with legal obligations, requests from state and other authorities to enforce our claims or to defend yourself in proceedings where others apply to us.
The categories of intermediaries to whom we make personal data available for these reasons include, for example, courts, governmental and other bodies competent to exercise our control over our activities, to resolve disputes or to make decisions, or our legal and accounting advisers and auditors.
Tranfer to third countries
We do not transfer your personal data to third countries outside the EU. However, some of the partners with whom we cooperate in the processing of personal data are implementing such transfers, namely the US and Canada. Persons who make this information available to the US and Canada comply with the US-EU Privacy Shield and provide an adequate level of protection for your personal information. How we protect you data
In accordance with the requirements of applicable legislation, we take all necessary safety, technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. We protect the database containing personal data from damage, destruction, loss and misuse.

How long do we keep the data
We keep personal data related to your user account while you have an account, as they are necessary to keep your account running for you. If you do not have an account created (you did not create a password while creating your order), we keep your personal information regarding the order in hand for the necessary time, which is usually five years from its delivery.
If we use your personal information to deliver a commercial communication to your e-mail address, or in other cases where you have given us consent, we will keep this information until you decided to cancel it. In cases of use of your data based on our legitimate interest described in the chapters above, we will retain your data until the reason for its processing is removed. However, we need to alert you that even if one of the processing reasons fails, this does not have the effect of ending the storage of your personal data. These personal data can and sometimes we have to process for another purpose with another legal basis.
What are your rights
From this we process your personal data, you have multiple rights. If you exercise any of the rights listed below, we will inform you about your request within 30 days of delivery to us. In justified cases, we can extend the deadline to 60 days, which we will inform you about.
How to apply your rights
You can apply your rights by sending an email, call this phone number or a written request to our contact details below.
Please state your name, surname, e-mail address or permanent residence address in your application. If you do not provide this information, your request will not be accepted. We require this information to verify your identity and not provide your personal information to an unauthorized person.
Right of access to data
You have the right to receive confirmation from us about personal data being processed and if we process your personal data, we will provide you with information about what data we process about you, the purpose for which your personal information was provided, transferred to a third country and how long we will keep your personal information.
Right to repair
If you believe that our company is processing incorrect personal data about you, you may use this right directly in your account settings or ask us to correct it. It depends on us to process correct personal data about you, so you will certainly use this right whenever you move, for example, or change to any of your personal information that is important to your relation with us.
Right of deletion ( Right to forget)
You have the right to delete your personal data we process about you if the following conditions are met and no statutory exceptions apply:
• data is no longer needed for the purposes for which they were obtained
• you cancel your consent to processing of your personal data and there is no other legal basis for processing it
• you reject, based on your particular situation, the processing of your personal data processed on a legitimate interest and do not outweigh legitimate reasons for processing or oppose processing for direct marketing
• personal data was processed illegally.
If your personal information has been published and you apply right of deletion, we will also delete such personal information. At the same time, we will inform the other recipients of your personal information that you have apply the right to delete and should therefore delete all references to your personal data if technically possible with regard to available technology and the cost of implementing these measures.
In case you cancel your account, we will delete the data that is possible and cancel your account within 10 days. However, due to technical reasons (eg due to data backups), some data may be erased after a longer period, but not longer than 60 days.
Right to restrict processing
You also have the right to request a temporary limitation of processing in the following cases:
• if you believe we process incorrect personal data about you until you verify the accuracy of this personal information
• processing your personal is illegal and you decide instead to erase personal data to demand a limitation of their processing
• we no longer need personal data for processing, but these are necessary for your own purposes to demonstrate, enforce or defend your legal rights
• if you do not agree with the processing of your personal data, until the verification or legitimate reasons for the processing of personal data prevail over your legitimate interests
Right to data portability
You have the right to obtain personally identifiable information we process about you on the basis of consent and / or contract and process it by automated means in a structured, commonly used and machine readable format. You may also transfer this data to another person, so if technically possible, we will transfer your personal data directly to your chosen operator.
Right to object
You have the right to object, for reasons related to your particular situation, to the processing of your personal data which is performed on our legitimate interest, including the right to object to profiling based on our legitimate interest.
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data when processed for direct marketing purposes.
Complaints
If you believe that processing of your personal data by our company is inconsistent with the applicable privacy laws, you have the right to file a complaint with our principal supervisory authority – the Personal Data Protection Authority of the Slovak Republic, whose contact details can be found here. If you live in the Czech Republic, you have the right to file a complaint with the local supervisory authority – the Office for Personal Data Protection, whose contact details can be found here.
