Camp Activities

Dance Workshops

A minimum of 7 Dance workshops led by world-class teachers will be included.

Music Workshop

Music workshop will be led by several international artists and will include topics as Music production, DJ-ing and Beatbox.

Graffiti workshop

Graffiti workshop will be led by several international artists. A creation of a sustainable artpiece will be created by the lecturers.

STRETCHING SESSIONS

Stretching sessions will be included to ensure a smooth recovery from all days activities.

Discussion

The camp will offer a discussion featuring some of the greatest names on the dance scene. Topics will range from Hip Hop culture, cultural differences and diversity, social tolerance and artistic freedom to importance of active healthy lifestyle and self-development.

Movie screening

A Hip Hop themed movie will be screened for the participants.

POOL ACCESS

All participants will get access to the Hotel Pool area.

All participants will get a participation certificate and a T-Shirt as a souvenir.

BIO

B-Boy Thesis was born and raised in Arizona, United States. He’s been active in the breaking scene since 2002 and is known for his affiliation with Fresh Descendants and Beat Rock Krew. Thesis began with breaking at the age of 8, drawing inspiration and support from his family and the early hip-hop movies. Despite personal challenges and injuries, he has achieved notable titles including victories at the Silverback Open Championships, the Undisputed USA Solo Battle and he is a four-time winner of Outbreak 2vs2 World Finals. He’s been also competing in Red Bull BC One World Finals multiple times. Thesis says that being well rounded and using this quality wisely, are the important ingredients to win. His stamina and having fun when battling are essential for him.

BIO

B-Boy Roxrite, born Omar Delgado Macias in Sonora, Mexico, is an acclaimed B-Boy celebrated for his technical prowess and innovative style. Immersed in hip-hop culture after moving to the US, he began with Breaking in 1995 and quickly stood out in the competitive scene. Roxrite has claimed over 100 titles globally, notably winning the Red Bull BC One World Championship in 2011, solidifying his reputation as a top B-Boy. 

Known for his intricate footwork and dynamic moves, he also contributes to the Breaking community by judging competitions, leading workshops, and promoting hip-hop culture. His influence spans media appearances and efforts to inspire future dancers, which also plays a pivotal role in the evolution and recognition of Breaking.

BIO

B-Boy Lil G, born Gabriel Arce in Venezuela, is renowned for his dynamic power moves, intricate footwork, and acrobatic skills. Rising to prominence in the early 2000s, his style merges athleticism with creativity, marked by signature freezes and spins. He’s achieved international acclaim by winning major competitions like Red Bull BC One and Battle of the Year, earning respect across the Breaking community.

Beyond competition, Lil G dedicates himself to nurturing the Breaking scene through workshops, judging, and mentorship, aiming to inspire upcoming dancers. His innovative approach and dedication to the dance exemplify the dynamic and transformative power of Breaking, making him a true ambassador of the sport and art form.

BIO

B-Boy Junior, by his name Buon Ly Quoc, was born in Vietnam and raised in France. He is a Breaking phenomenon known for his incredible strength and unique, gravity-defying moves, despite his leg disability. Starting in the late 1990s, his unique acrobatics and power moves quickly set him apart in the Breaking scene. Junior has made a significant mark on global competitions like Battle of the Year and Red Bull BC One, inspiring many with his resilience and mastery over his physical challenges.

His story stands as a powerful testament to overcoming adversity through determination and has earned him respect and admiration worldwide. Beyond competing, Junior actively contributes to the Breaking culture through workshops and mentorship, making a lasting impact and solidifying his legacy as a pioneering figure.

BIO

B-Girl Ami, hailing from Japan, has swiftly risen to prominence in the global Breaking scene with her exceptional skill, flow, and fierce competitive spirit. Known for her intricate footwork and powerl moves, she has claimed titles at major competitions, including the prestigious Red Bull BC One B-Girl World Championship.

Ami’s dedication to dancing and her role as an inspirational figure in the Breaking community highlights her commitment to pushing the boundaries of B-Girling. Her impact transcends her victories, as she actively contributes to the growth of the Breaking culture through mentorship and participation in events worldwide.

BIO

B-Boy Poe One, originally from Los Angeles and now living in Melbourne, Australia, is a prominent figure on the Breaking scene. He began his journey in the mid 80’s and since then he has been a part of notable competitions like the Battle of the Year and Red Bull BC One as a judge. He is a member of the Style Elements crew and is also known for his discipline in lifestyle and a diet. 

Poe One emphasizes the importance of health and well-being in maintaining a long B-Boy career. He is a legend and a great mentor as in Breaking, so in real life.

BIO

Katsu One is a renowned B-Boy from Tokyo, Japan, celebrated for his dynamic style and precise technique. His performances blend traditional B-Boying with elements of modern dance and martial arts, earning him numerous awards in international competitions. Katsu is also dedicated to teaching, running a dance studio in Tokyo where he mentors young dancers. Beyond his skills, he contributes to community outreach programs, using the dance for youth empowerment. His commitment to both his craft and community has made him a respected figure in the Breaking world.

Pricing

Note: If you are a parent or a guardian of a juvenile participant and you wish to join your child during the camp’s duration you are not required to pay the Camp fee. You can join all the events as a non-actively participating bystander, however in case of full venue capacity reached active participants will have priority. All other services offered (accommodation & food, shuttle bus, etc..) at same prices as for active participants. Parent or guardian can be added in the form below. 

Camp Registration

About the project

Youth is the Future is a dance project dedicated to hip-hop culture and its 4 elements (Dance, DJing, MCing, Graffiti). Main objective of the event is to educate and support dancers both locally and internationally. Character of the event will allow for cross-border sharing of knowledge and will strengthen the international relations of participants and project partners around the globe.

In 2024 the event will be organized as a 5-days camp offering a variety of workshops, discussions, dance battles and other activities.
